social media channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing

innovative social media strategies to drive engagement and brand advocacy. From creating

compelling content to forging relationships with influencers the Social Media Manager will play a

pivotal role in elevating Janasyas online presence.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Develop integrated social media strategies that drive engagement and brand advocacy.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing

objectives.

Own the development of strategic social media marketing plans and associated budgets.

Provide innovative ideas to reach and captivate target audiences.

Stay abreast of social media trends and innovations to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to optimize social media campaigns.

Plan and coordinate content creation including photo shoots and brand videos.

Cultivate relationships with influencers to amplify brand reach.

Lead social influencer marketing and community management initiatives.

Oversee content delivery across various platforms using social listening and scheduling tools.

Demonstrate proficiency in Online Relationship Management.

Required Experience Skills and Qualifications:

45 years of demonstrated experience in growing and engaging social media audiences for

brands.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and campaign planning delivery and

reporting.

Proficiency in using multiple social media tools.

Team player with a proactive attitude and strong initiative.
