Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management:

• Direct and optimize daily waste management operations.
• Monitor and improve performance metrics.

1. Team Leadership:

• Lead and develop a team of supervisors drivers and technicians.
• Conduct performance reviews and support staff development.

1. Customer Service:

• Maintain strong client relationships.
• Resolve customer complaints and align operations with needs.

1. Regulatory Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
• Implement safety protocols and conduct audits.

1. Financial Management:

• Manage the budget and control costs.
• Monitor financial performance and prepare reports.

1. Continuous Improvement:

• Implement new technologies and practices.
• Lead initiatives to reduce waste and increase recycling.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree (master s preferred).
• 3 years in operations management (waste management preferred).
• Strong leadership and manpower handling skills.
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of regulations and safety standards.
• Proficiency in relevant software and MS Office.
• Strong communication skills.
• Commitment to sustainability.
