Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create curate and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g. Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn).
• Monitor social media channels and respond to comments messages and mentions promptly.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay uptodate with the latest social media trends tools and best practices.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall marketing strategies.
• Assist in running social media ad campaigns when necessary.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
• Strong passion for social media and digital marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and their analytics tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with social media management or content creation.
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite Buffer).
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g. Canva Adobe Spark).
• Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
