Candidate s Role:
Contiem is seeking a Senior Website Manager to design manage and optimize the company website to ensure alignment with the brand strategy and adhere to the organizations standards. The candidate will be instrumental in implementing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to increase traffic and engagement to the website. The candidate will collaborate with all staff and management to advise on web analytics data use & strategy and content development. The candidate should have a blend of technical expertise strategic thinking and leadership skills to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our online presence.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Website management.
- Design and develop website using CSS PHP JS JSON and HTML in WP Engine.
- Code Optimization and Maintenance
- Expertise in responsive design to ensure the website displays correctly on various devices and screen sizes.
- Identify ways to improve website UX identifying and fulfilling opportunities for website improvement based on user feedback and performance metrics.
- Identify and troubleshoot website technical issues monitor website security breaches and work alongside the IT department to address them.
- Ensure the website complies with the appropriate laws and regulations and industry best practices.
- Work closely with internal teams to advise on Web Analytics data use & strategy and content development.
- Assist with social media campaigns and other marketing efforts.
- Ensure website functionality and perform software updates.
Experience and Skills
Mandatory Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education A bachelor s degree in computer science systems engineering web development or a similar field.
- 10 plus years of experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English both spoken and written. Ability to work with a Global team with some overlapping hours.
- Skills:
- Strong working knowledge and experience with Hosting platform WP Engine CSS PHP JavaScript JSON HTML
- Proficiency with:
- Google Search Console(Google tagging and UTM parameters)
- SEO principles and tools like Yoast and SEMrush
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (including GA4)
- Google indexing
Work Hours & Location:
Fulltime onsite position with hours of operations from Monday to Friday at Chennai office location.
