What You Will Be Accountable For
- Identifying all HoReCa outlets, classify and maintain a database for all outlets in the territory
- Achieve the call coverage and frequency agreed with the HoReCa manager and deliver the operational objectives set for each outlet type (availability, visibility etc.)
- Negotiate visibility agreements with the targeted trade marketing outlets, install and maintain merchandising materials in investment outlets
- Provide clear direction to the HoReCa distribution representatives servicing the territory and demonstrate self-discipline and performance at high standards
- Implements and visibly supports team decisions and team’s ‘ground rules’
- Track performance of cycle activities and events on time and in full
- Report emerging trends in HoReCa outlets and manage assigned budget, materials and equipment efficiently and effectively
- Build and maintain excellent relations with HoReCa owners and managers in the territory
- Conduct staff training for contracted HoReCa outlets
- Maintain a close working relationship with distribution representatives and agencies
- Build effective networks to get things done and develop effective peer working relationships
- Identify opportunities to add value and recommend innovative customer and consumer engagement initiatives
Essential Experience, Skills And Knowledge
- Education with a degree preferably in Marketing
- 1-2 years of experience preferably with HoReCa background or exposure
- High self-motivation, independent, good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Selling and negotiation ability
- Previous knowledge regarding account management is preferable
