The Role:
As an HR Coordinator at Consilium Safety Group you will play a vital role in our daytoday operations working closely with managers and employees to ensure smooth and efficient HR processes. Your responsibilities will include managing onboarding and offboarding processes handling practical employee matters facilitating HR communication and overseeing certificates HR systems company cars and occupational health care.
Additionally you will support our Swedish organization and drive our processes towards digitization to create efficiency. You will be an integral part of a diverse and highly engaged HR team managing a full range of HR activities.
The Candidate:
We are looking for a structured digitalsavvy and selfstarting candidate with an eye for detail and excellent communication skills. You should have 23 years of HR experience a Bachelors degree in HR and fluency in both English and Swedish. Experience in diverse HR processes is essential for success in this role.
