POSITION: BA (updated JD) Only for Locals
LOCATION : Must be local to Boston MA no remote options but we can send relo if theyre VERY strong!
DURATION:Contract 6 Months

REQUIRED SKILLS
Experience with Technical Services domain including Hardware Services Software Services Customer Services and Service Sales is required.
Experience with Oracle Cloud (mostly focused on Service) Service Cloud (incorporates the following) Service Logistics Field Service Assets/Install Base Subscriptions and Spares Management.
23 implementations would be a good experience level to come in with. Lead roles(within the areas above) would be ideal.
(nice to have) Knowledge of Order Management Inventory Supply Chain.
Knowledge of Oracle eBS
Uses knowledge of business and systems processes in problem analysis.
