About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead Full Stack to join our engineering team. You will lead the development of robust scalable and userfriendly applications guiding the team through handson development strategic oversight and deployment processes. This role requires strong leadership skills and a passion for cuttingedge technology and innovative design.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead mentor and inspire a team of full stack developers to deliver highquality software solutions.
• Define and oversee the architecture of frontend and backend systems ensuring alignment with business goals and technical best practices.
• Develop and maintain responsive user interfaces using React.js Next.js and Vue.js.
• Build and manage serverside applications and APIs using Node.js.
• Utilize Figma for designing and prototyping user interfaces and experiences.
• Work closely with product managers designers and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and implementations.
• Ensure the delivery of highquality code through code reviews automated testing and continuous integration.
• Optimize applications for performance scalability and maintainability.
• Manage the deployment processes ensuring smooth and efficient releases of applications.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies tools and best practices and incorporates them into the development process.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for internal use and future reference.

You are close if you have

• Minimum of 5 years of full stack development experience.
• Proven experience in leading and managing development teams.
• Strong expertise in Node.js React.js Next.js Vue.js and JavaScript.
• Experience in designing and developing APIs.
• Proficiency in using Figma for UI/UX design.
• Experience with deployment processes and tools.
• Indepth knowledge of frontend and backend development.
• Strong understanding of RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with modern build tools and development workflows (e.g. Webpack Vite CI/CD).
• Familiarity with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
• Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced agile environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with serverside rendering and static site generation.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g. Docker Kubernetes).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud).
• Contributions to opensource projects or a strong personal portfolio.
