Job Description
Northwest Partners is looking to hire an experienced FullStack Software Developer to work on a project with one of our premier clients in the technology industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building highquality scalable applications and possess strong skills in both frontend and backend development particularly in React Node.js and MongoDB. Applicants must be able to work for any US employer without additional work visa sponsorship.
What YOU will do:- Design develop and maintain scalable web applications using React for the front end and Node.js with MongoDB for the back end.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers product managers and other developers to implement new features and improve existing ones.
- Write clean maintainable code and perform unit testing to ensure highquality deliverables.
- Design and optimize database schemas and queries for performance improvements.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to connect frontend components with backend services.
- Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth application performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance development processes and technology stack.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience as a FullStack Developer or similar role with strong proficiency in React.js and Node.js.
- Expertise in MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript) and RESTful API design.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problemsolving troubleshooting and communication skills with a teamoriented mindset.
- Experience with additional frameworks such as Express.js or Next.js.
- Familiarity with cloud services like AWS or Azure and deployment processes.
