Scope of the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Analyst / Accountant to join our team fulltime and lead our financial reporting and analysis efforts. As a pivotal member of our team you will be responsible for refining and enhancing our financial reporting processes conducting detailed financial analyses and collaborating closely with the team on pricing strategies.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Overhaul and maintain the financial reporting system to ensure accuracy and clarity.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to support strategic business decisions.
• Develop implement and adjust the companywide budget including performing "whatif" analyses.
• Advise on the financial aspects of service pricing to optimize profitability.
• Regularly prepare and update the balance sheet income statement and cash flow statement.
• Communicate financial insights and recommendations clearly to nonfinancial team members.
• Serve as the primary contact for all financial analysis and reporting needs within the company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar financial analyst or accountant role.
• Proven track record of cleaning up and optimizing companywide financial reporting.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to nonfinancial stakeholders.
• Proficiency in creating and managing budgets financial statements and financial analysis tools.
• CPA CFP or other financial licensure is a bonus but not required.
• Selfmotivated detailoriented and ready for a challenging role in a fastgrowing company.
