As an Operations Manager your role will be to scale the business across select geographies while ensuring superlative customer experience. Youll be expected to take charge of organizational targets of
Growth and Supply. The role will involve working closely with the new and onboarded trade partners customer support staff and the product team.
Responsibilities:
1. Building and Managing Supply
Lead onboarding of retail partners
Build strong partner relationships.
Solve for partner queries / complaints received.
2. Growth and User Experience
Deliver quality user experience from order placement to order delivery
Work closely with the customer support team for resolving operational challenges.
3. Execution of new initiatives
Lead training of trade partners and execution & adoption of new initiatives
Lead execution of BTL customer acquisition campaigns.
4. Problem Solver
High focus on problem solving and execution
Significant ability to hustle and desire to get their hands dirty.
Qualification and Skill Set
I. 2 years of experience in startups or operational roles
II. Excellent communication with strong negotiation skills
III. High energy and selfstarter attitude is needed as the job would involve field work and conducting market visits every month
IV. Hustle and get things done attitude
V. Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
VI. Proficiency in Bengali and experience of Kolkata market is preferred
