الوصف الوظيفي
- Implementing the wage policies, regulations, and laws in the group.
- Participating in job evaluation studies and employees in the group.
- Applying the labor law and making sure that the salary system does not violate labor laws, insurance and other relevant laws.
- Participating in the work of annual studies on salary increases.
- Participating in the work of annual studies on increasing insurance wages for different age groups.
- Review all financial influences sent from personnel department monthly and prepare their final salary report.
- Review the loans data for employees and any other benefits that are included in the monthly salaries.
- Subscribe to the improvement and implementation of the HR system in the group.
- Make the necessary financial analyses of wages and send them to the financial department in a monthly basis.
- Finalize the procedures of opening new accounts for new employees, following up on problems and take steps to finalize it.
- Settle the employees' monthly financial benefits, end of service benefits and annual leave balances.
- Working on all required financial reports on salaries for various managers.
- Following up the monthly medical care subscription deduction for the group's employees.
- Issuing Monthly salaries, monthly incentives, quarterly sales commission, and half-year profits.
- Following up the cost of salaries compared to the budget.
- Develop and design all analysis related to people metrics and provide reports that support decision making
