As an Endpoint Administrator (m/f/d) at Convex Energy, you will become a crucial member of our team. In this role, you ensure that our traders always have the right software for the right devices at the right time. Tasks

• You are responsible for the client and server endpoint management for Windows, Mac and Linux based systems.
• You oversee device enrollment, registering new devices with MDM/endpoint management solutions and configuring devices with necessary settings/policies.
• You trouble and resolve endpoint device issues efficiently, while developing strategies to minimize downtime and reduce overall incidents.
• You diagnose software, hardware or network issues.
• You doent IT infrastructure and IT routine processes.

Requirements

• You have a bachelor s degree in computer science or information technology
• You are experienced in handling and administering business software and hardware systems
• You know BASH, PowerS, GIT and ideally Python
• You showcase excellent interpersonal ss
• You are ready to work on-site in Berlin (EUREF Campus in Schoeneberg)
• You speak English fluently, German is a plus
