الوصف الوظيفي
- The Visa and Immigration Consultant is responsible for helping individuals National Egyptians ‘Travelers. Their main role is to ensure the client avoids any legal issues that may occur in relation to their visa submission by assisting them to obtain visas and other related immigration documentation.
- Should have experience in handling face to face client.
- Must oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the embassy.
- Ensure that all visa information provided to the clients/colleagues are accurate and correct.
- Must prepare all fee quotes and any information required by clients, or authorities.
- Must take full responsibility of all visa issues and process remaining up to date with any changes to legislation.
- Open to work in pressure and critical situation.
- Managing and building relationship with the VFS and embassies plus vendors to get timely confirmations.
- Handle corporate clients visa requests within their travel policy.
- Co-ordinate with multiple departments to ensure quick resolution for the customer.
- Build excellent business relationship with customer groups, peers, and seniors.
- Ensure latest updated policies, procedures of the Embassies are read & complied
