Civil Site Engineer

Job Description:Civil Site EngineerQatarParsons is looking for an amazingly talented Civil Site Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to overseeing and coordinating civil construction activities to ensure the successful completion of the project.What You'll be Doing:• Supervising and managing civil construction activities on-site.• Coordinating with project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of construction plans.• Reviewing and interpreting engineering drawings and technical documents.• Providing technical guidance and support to construction teams.• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.• Preparing progress reports and construction documentation.What Required Skills You'll Bring:• Bachelor's Degree, 4 Years in Civil Engineering.• Minimum 10 years of experience in civil / structural engineering on infrastructure projects involving design and construction works with knowledge of codes, design manuals and construction practices.• Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications.• Strong leadership and communication skills.• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.• Familiarity with construction project management software.• Understanding of local construction regulations and standards.• Must be MMUP registered.What Desired Skills You'll Bring:• Professional engineering license or certification.• Experience in large-scale infrastructure projects.• Advanced proficiency in construction project management software.• Previous experience working on projects in Qatar or the Middle East.• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environmentMinimum Clearance Required to Start: Not Applicable/NoneParsons is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
