Responsibilities:

1. Install configure and upgrade Pega platform components including application servers databases and middleware.

2. Collaborate with development teams to deploy new releases patches and hotfixes and ensure smooth migration of applications between environments.

3. Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to safeguard critical data and ensure business continuity.

4. Configure and manage application servers web servers and other infrastructure components to support Pega applications.

5. Managing user access implementing security protocols; ensuring the overall stability and performance of Pega applications
