SEO Marketing Intern

We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented SEO Intern to join our dynamic marketing team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain handson experience in search engine optimization (SEO) and digital marketing. The SEO Intern will support our SEO strategies helping to improve our online presence and drive organic traffic to our website.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and hightraffic keywords for our industry.
  
• OnPage SEO: Assist in optimizing website content meta tags headings and URLs to improve search engine rankings.
  
• Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to develop SEOfriendly content including blog posts articles and web pages.
  
• Link Building: Support linkbuilding initiatives by identifying potential link opportunities and assisting in outreach efforts.
  
• Technical SEO: Help with technical SEO tasks such as site audits fixing broken links and improving site speed.
  
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools (e.g. Google Analytics SEMrush Ahrefs) and provide regular reports on key metrics.
  
• Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  
• Stay Updated: Keep uptodate with the latest SEO trends algorithm updates and industry best practices.
  

Requirements

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field.
  
• Basic Knowledge of SEO: Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
  
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Detailoriented: High attention to detail and accuracy.
  
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g. Google Analytics Google Search Console SEMrush) is a plus.
  
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
