PowerPoint Slides Editor at firstmovr for a 2026 FIFA World Championship Project with Coca Cola.

The founders of the company Oskar Kaszubski & Chris Perry.
Oskar is a global eCommerce leader and consultant with 16 years of experience leading digital transformation for global midsize and startup organizations including Kelloggs Mondelez KimberlyClark and other Fortune 500 companies.
Chris is the generator on a mission to empower Leaders of Change to win in digital commerce and beyond. As a CPG eCommerce practitioner and advisor he has led the eCommerce strategy capabilities activation and education at RB WellPet Kelloggs and other top CPGs.
As part of the firstmovr team youll be working directly with the General Manager from the CocaCola side gaining valuable insights and experience within the beverage industry. This is a fulltime position for the duration of a 3year project leading up to and during the 2026 FIFA World Championship. A typical project could be creating a newsletter for the World Cup with extensive preparations for the 2026 World Cup.
What will you do
As a PowerPoint Slides Editor at firstmovr the majority of your role approximately 90% will revolve around working on presentations with the remaining 10% dedicated to various adhoc tasks.
Editing Presentations (90%):
Edit and enhance existing presentations and sometimes create new designs.
Access and use readily available presentation templates from the internal database.
Arrange fonts colors and positioning of objects on slides according to provided instructions to improve visual appeal.
Customize existing presentation content to meet the specific requirements.
Handle rigid frameworks with tight deadlines often needing to send results the next day or the same day.
Participate in minimal calls typically one call when given a task with the general manager from CocaCola.
Work independently with minimal guidance.
Exhibit super attentiveness to detail and organization.
Qualifications:
Fluent English youll constantly communicate with native English speakers in the US so we dont want to see or hear any mistakes.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint including advanced formatting skills. You really care about aligning the objects and know how to do it quickly instead of doing manually.
Excellent attention to detail you are used to doublechecking everything and can quickly notice the slightest mistake.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a remote team.
Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to gather relevant data for presentations.
Strong selfreliance and the ability to create solutions and make decisions on your own with the minimum required confirmations. Chris will communicate pretty rarely so youll need to work mostly based on his detailed instructions.
Be a proactive team player whos not afraid to speak up for their own opinion seriously the company is looking for a person with ideas not just an executor.
Organizing skills you know exactly how to organize your work and personal time and dont want any minute to go to waste.
Preferred but not required:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Business Administration Economics or related field (ongoing students will not be considered).
Experience designing presentations for large companies.
Russian language skills are a plus.
Spoken English is not critical.
Working hours:
You should be prepared to work some time in the European morning (for example from 9 am to 12 pm CET) to do some editing based on comments from the General Manager at CocaCola which she usually provides during New York evenings. You should also be available some time in the European evening (for example from 5 pm CET). The General Manager may occasionally require tasks to be completed on short notice even during European night hours with the usual expectation for sameday completion. Flexibility and readiness to work at any time even unpredictably are essential for this role. We are seeking individuals who are highly motivated to work with CocaCola and demonstrate adaptability to varying work schedules. While such instances may not occur frequently being prepared for occasional offhour demands is important.
What we offer:
Fulltime job (8 working hours per day 5/2). Please note that we will not consider students and candidates planning to combine several jobs.
Remote work. You may be located in almost any city just need a good Internet connection a computer to work from and an opportunity to work the needed hours in the teams time zone.
