Presales (30%): o Consultants will be responsible for delivering (and planning) presales presentations; based on an understanding of GRC solution design delivery advisory and licence consulting services for following applications to our range of customers o Policy management o Risk management o Audit management o Vendor risk management o Partner in sales activities including identifying new project opportunities lead customer demos RFPs and other related initiatives o Ask right questions to understand their existing GRC practices and map the findings with ServiceNow GRC solution o Demonstrations of the product both standard and customized based on need to prospective and existing customers o Support Marketing activities to include producing blog content and customer presentations as well as participating in trade shows user groups and webinars o Produce a current competitive analysis on market leading GRC tools with a comprehensive market research of industry tools o Generation of product demo scripts and scenarios and maintaining demonstration environment(s). o Scoping and delivering Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements with prospects. o Stay current on ServiceNow product developments/releases to a level required for demo and POC/POV o Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products including business drivers and use cases etc
