Title: Interactions Specialist (Department Coordinator III) Part Time (REMOTE)
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 Months

Fully remote / part time 20 hours/week

Job Description:

The Interactions Specialist is responsible for reviewing and ensuring all transactions processed within Engage follow Ethics & Compliance (E&C) and Global Interactions Policy (GIP) procedures.
The Interactions Specialist is empowered to stop or place a transaction on hold until all documentation is received in accordance with policy guidelines and procedures.
Review and Approve Engagements in Engage as first point of contact ensuring that Engagements are drafted correctly and contain appropriate information as supplied by the Business Owner in compliance with GIP and Engage System Requirements
Complete vendor set up requests ensuring that all documents received from the Business Owner are valid and complete; monitor vendor set up progress with internal team.
Process payments in Engage for Clinical and Medical payments to HCOs and HCPs
Complete quarter end and year end accruals as needed
Investigate payment inquiries follow up with internal stakeholders and vendors
For both client Sponsored Studies and Medical Affairs activities monitor track and report payments for HCOs and HCPs for purposes of the Sunshine Act.
o Research various HCP/HCO data for inclusion on the Transfer of Value templates
o Answer inquiry questions from Compliance Team regarding data submissions.

Qualifications:
Minimum Associates Degree in Finance or Accounting
3 or more years accounting finance or operations experience
Good communication skills
Detailoriented and able to work in a highly matrixed organization
