We are looking for aBusiness Analyst HR Workday to join our team of consultants and participate ininternational projects in financial entities and fintechs.

About the Role

This Business Analyst will report into the Head of Organisation. This role sits with the Cost & Organization European function and will principally be concerned with the daytoday management of bank wide position / headcount / organization within the HR System Workday (Position Management Organizations & Hierarchies Job Framework Security) and associated governance.

Responsibilities:

    Working with Stakeholders to support with the ongoing management of their headcount and to prevent budgets being exceeded.
    Supporting with the management of the UK job framework including requesting and configuring new job profiles.
    Identifying opportunities for process improvement to maximize customer and employee experience.
    Providing technical guidance to the business in relation to position management administration of hierarchies staffing models role catalogue and headcount planning.
    Initiating and approving positions in Workday.
    Identifying assessing managing and reporting risks taking action in order to remediate or escalate potential issues.
    Create organizational structure charts in PowerPoint.


Requirements:

  • Experience working with large data sets with the ability to work on Excel to produce Management InformationMI and analysis for different areas.
  • Excel and PPT experience.
    Previous experience working in an HR or Organization function Only desirable but not excluding.
    Understanding of an investment banking function.
    Able to work in a dynamic and growing environment.
    Sound crossbusiness communication skills which can be demonstrated.
    Ability to work proactively and autonomously.
    Analytical viewpoint with keen attention to detail.
