ABOUT THE COMPANY

San DiegoCounty based food & beverage client is seeking a fulltime Accounting Manager to provide handson and supervisory accounting support for the company. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a growing company in the San Diego area!

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Provide support in managing the accounting operations of the company
• Inventory tracking and other inventory control responsibilities
• Develop and analyze cost standards and recommend changes to reduce costs and maximize profits as needed
• Cash management
• Accurately perform account reconciliations and assist with monthend processes as needed
• Prepare journal entries and review department reports
• Other duties as needed

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE

• 5 years of experience in accounting/finance or related field
• 3 years of experience in management
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Active CPA preferred
• Prior experience in food & beverage industry required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
