As a KeyAccountManager at Paymenttools you are responsible for direct and external sales for all our products. You do not only sell digital products and services to new customers you develop longterm relationships and foster collaboration between our product teams and with our customers. Good news is: you are not bound to cold calling! Our leads are also generated by our mother company Rewe Group.

You will be part of a newly structured team: YOU can make a difference! In the Paymenttools environment you can build relationships design processes and help us sell products with great USPs. While focusing on direct sales with large enterprise customers you will be one of the main drivers of our business growth.

Your tasks

  • You acquire support and advise our most important and highest revenue customers and secure longterm customer relationships with them
  • You communicate in all relevant areas of the customer to work on the corresponding customer needs
  • You investigate the payment portfolio of our customers and help sell our best solution for everybody merchant and end customer
  • You have an eye on the market know about current market trends and can transfer them into profitable recommendations for action internally and externally
  • Keep our customers happy and offer professional insights and update over long sales cycle typically longer than 6 months

Your experience

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales
  • Long sales cycle experience (>6 months) in a SaaS environment
    • Experience in Payment Fintech or Ecommerce would be an advantage but not required
  • You are target driven! Not only do you want to reach them but understand our targets and give qualified input if they are achievable
  • You are interested in learning about a unique paymentretail environment ideally you have been working in a retail environment beforehand
  • Have used and are confident with CRM systems (e.g. Pipedrive Salesforce)
  • You are fluent engaging and to the point in written and spoken German and English at all levels of the organization
