Tasks
- Answer players phone calls chats and emails regarding console/network issues.
- Provide highlevel customer service focused on PlayStation Account queries including password resets and payment issues.
- Ensure a high standard of customer interaction and problem resolution.
Requirements
- High School Diploma.
- Clear Criminal Record.
- Fluent in Dutch; supporting Dutchspeaking customers.
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous.
- Knowledge of computers and technology.
- Strong customer interaction and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively with proven examples.
- Friendly reliable and professional demeanor.
Benefits
- Salary: 1350 gross increasing to 1400 gross after 6 months plus a 150 language bonus for Dutch speakers.
- Performance Bonus: Up to 250 based on KPI achievements (AHT Productivity NPS Quality Attendance).
- Work Hours: Monday to Friday 11:00 19:30 (subject to client requirements).
- Breaks: Two 15minute paid breaks and one 30minute unpaid lunch break.
- Annual Leave: 21 days per year.
- Training: Paid training (2 weeks) and nesting period (3 weeks).
- Job Security: Permanent positions with a 6month probation period.
- Career Progression: Opportunities to advance to Shift Manager or Team Leader roles
- Hybrid Working: possibility of working from home once training is complete. Depending on performance.
- Relocation Options:Option 1: 1000 onetime payment for selfarranged flights and accommodation (paid after 23 weeks of starting).
