KTI Talent Indicator is a talent discovery software platform with AI that offers: talent mapping evaluation and reskilling services with training to companies.
We are seeking a proactive and detailoriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for identifying and securing top talent exceptional communication skills and a knack for building strong relationships. This role is critical in ensuring we attract hire and retain the best employees contributing to our companys growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and attract top talent through various channels including job boards social media networking events and employee referrals.
Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Evaluate candidates skills experience and cultural fit.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and maintaining clear communication.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on hiring strategies and market trends.
Create compelling job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms to reach a broad audience.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status updates.
Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make datadriven decisions.
Promote the companys employer brand through social media networking events and other recruitment activities.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal requirements and company policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes techniques and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
