We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Force Sensors division!

Responsibilities:

• Order management incorporating order entry and acknowledgement; planning dispatches; date management based on Planning and Purchasing reports; raising proforma invoices where appropriate.
• Deliver all daily processes with consistent accuracy while working within tight timelines.
• Provide prompt and comprehensive responses to customer queries relating to stock availability delivery and complaints. Become the customer s voice within the business aspire to exceed customer expectation and to develop and optimise the relationship.
• Take ownership of arising issues ensuring investigation and timely resolution.
• Coordinate product returns in line with defined RMA process and arrange credits.
• Maintain customer databases.
• Manage direct orders for finished load cells electronics and accessories on intercompany sources.
• General administrative tasks.
• Reporting and generation of documentation in line with customer and internal expectation.
• Proactive contact of existing and potential customers in support of external sales activities.

Requirements :

• Experience in a customer facing role.
• English and German should be both spoken and written fluently.
• Strong ERP skills.
• The ability to handle and prioritize a fluctuating varied and sometimes pressurized workload.
• Strong communication skills.
• Above average levels of numeracy literacy and IT skills.
