Accounting Manager mfd

We are partnering with a global automotive service provider. They support their clients in the automotive industry with several different products and services including software solutions financial services fleet management and data analytics. Due to growth in the German market we are now hiring a Accounting Manager (m/f/d) to join their team in the Koblenz area. This is a new position a permanent role and offered as hybrid (23 days office per week and 23 days homeoffice).

Tasks

As the new Accounting Manager you will report directly to the Group Financial Controller based in the UK. In this standalone role you are responsible for all things finance and accounting within the German region.

Daytoday tasks will include:

• Prepare monthend and quarterly reports
• Manage cash flow analysis and projections
• Support preparation of budgets and provide monthly reports
• Develop and improve the financial systems and processes within the company
• Provide financial management support to senior management
• Monitor payments received
• Be the point of contact for local German auditors manage financial statement reporting VAT reporting and coordinate local tax returns

Requirements

The new Accounting Manager should have prior experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have a handson mentality be proactive and selfmotivated.

Your Profile:

• A business or finance degree or other related qualification
• Prior experience in a similar accountancy role and/ or finance management
• Strong command of both German and English
• Experience working in a B2B environment and ideally in an international company
