Job Title: Human Resource Assistant

Location: Doha Qatar

Job Type: FullTime

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resource Assistant to join our team in Doha. This role is crucial for supporting our HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will assist in all aspects of human resources activities including recruitment employee relations and administration.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process including posting job ads screening candidates scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate databases.
  • Support the HR department in implementing company policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee documentation and maintain uptodate and accurate employee files.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating HR projects (meetings training surveys etc.) and take minutes.
  • Help in payroll management preparation and administration.
  • Provide support to employees in various HRrelated topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
  • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant Staff Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position.
  • Familiarity with HR software and computer systems (HRIS or HRMS and Microsoft Office).

Specific Criteria:

  • Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in similar roles within the GCC region.
  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g. CIPD SHRM) is considered a plus.
  • Must be currently residing in Qatar or willing to relocate.
