What you will be doing?
- ist the Front Office team in preparing for daily arrivals in terms of room allocation and checks traces for any special requests of the guests.
- Deal effectively with any guest comments and or / complaints taking full ownership of the situation
- To ist the Front Desk, ensuring room changes and Accor Live Limitless member arrivals are carried out smoothly
- Adhere & hold Agents accountable to adhere to Leading Quality urance Standards and Service Essentials for Guest Relations Agent to ensure Guest Satisfaction Results
- Provide a warm welcome to the guests, and oversee VIP arrivals and departures.
- Keeps an updated record of the guests’ information in the system and handle complaints and concerns.
- Provides managerial support for Front Desk, Fairmont Gold and Guest Services in the daily operational duties for these areas
Qualifications
Your experience and ss include:
- Previous experience in a similar role is an et in a 5 star hotel setting
- Knowledge in Opera system
- Strong interpersonal and communication ss with a pion for service
