The platform is currently live in the Americas (AME) and Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMA) regions There is a robust roadmap for adoption in additional geographies
The Delivery Lead will be a seasoned professional with expertise in owning high paced, SaFE driven, quality and on-time delivery with a strong technology understanding of Azure and Big Data Technologies.
Responsibilities
Organizational Responsibilities
Provide leadership and oversight to the technology and services teams to ensure adherence to both project deliverables
Partner across the AAPS organization and other Technology teams to ensure delivery is driven and lead from USI
Project Responsibilities
Execute projects to achieve the interim goals along the way to fulfillment of the vision.
Partner with stakeholders to deliver, maintain, and operate enterprise-wide solutions
Resolve issues, identify risks, and escalate, as necessary
People Management Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment and selection of a talented team
Manage and report staffing, resource allocation, goal setting and measurements
Effectively cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork among the staff
Build and manage capabilities via integrated onshore and offshore teams
Operational Responsibilities
Establish proactive operational measures to reduce production downtime incidents
Lead efforts to continually improve process for Member Firms
Create a team providing deep technical performance analysis capabilities to identify performance issues before being added to production.
Integrate security standards and processes into daily work to meet and sustain compliance with Deloitte secure practices
Specific Responsibilities
Leads the USI based delivery teams for the Deloitte Technology Support organization
Ensures innovation, global synergies, and brand protection.
Develops strong working relationships across Deloitte Technology teams encourage systems solutions that meet business needs. Anticipates client needs, identifies, and champions opportunities for the development and implementation of new services and methods to meet or exceed client needs.
Develops and manages IT budget plan working jointly with the DTS leadership
Performs job-related duties as assigned.
Drive improvements in the service delivery model while adhering to the cost containment and operational efficiencies.
Responsible for Transformation of shared services to meet customer business requirements, ensuring Infrastructure standards and quality are met
Ongoing service improvement activities within the service delivery lifecycle and identify opportunities to improve the performance of services to deliver enhanced value to the business
