Scope of Work:
Recruitment Delivery
Use job board search advertising & inhouse tools to source for potential talents in given marketplace.
Phonescreen and apply logical questioning to prequalify candidate for given requisition order
Provide weekly report of talents sourced & progress for every recruitment order.
Update ATS with real time data.
Format Resumes to meet organisations standard
Job Advertising with job boards social media
KPIs would be based on no.of candidates submitted per requisition time to submit CVs no. of placements in a month
Answer all business related calls and guide as necessary
Job Requirements:
Any diploma or degree preferably in business or any science
At least 1 years of experience in recruitment or human resources or manpower agencies
Fearless of making cold calls to client prospects and candidate prospects
Proficient in MS Office Website data mining & Skype
Result oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
Good email & telephone etiquettes
Good Negotiation & objection handling skills
Great time management & effective following up skills
Have great communication skills in English and knowing a regional language would be an advantage
