Hours: Parttime 3.5 days a week

The Role

The purpose of the role is to generate and maintain the product master data essential for ensuring the Operations Department can manufacture our wide range of hair products according to demand. Accurate and timely datamanagement will allow us to meet business objectives including inventory management and the crossfunctional launch of new products are launched ontime.

In this role youll get to:

• Product code creation in NAV (ERP system) and AGR (Planning Systems)
• Supporting the Quality Team with Bill of Materials (BoM) updates and creation
• Barcode Label creation
• Maintaining all product related master data within relevant systems NAV AGR eQMS
• Product lifecycle management working closely with New Product Development (NPD) and Demand and Supply Planning Teams to ensure the product catalogue is always up to date.
• Supporting the Operations Team by preparing periodic reports (eg weekly inventory level reports and quarterly product lifecycle status reports)

• Ability to follow and identify opportunities to improve processes or systems
• Very high attention to detail
• A naturally proactive approach
• Ability to map out and document processes where they dont currently exist within the scope of the job description
• Work as part of a team and also crossfunctionally
• Ability to manage your own workload and work on your own initiative
• Ability to work alone for stretches of time although also able to connect with others to collaborate on problemsolving
• Proficient at Excel and full Microsoft suite

Beneficial:

• Experience with mass data entry uploading and maintenance
• Experience in Retail FMCG Logistics or other similar datamanagement scope
• Knowledge of ERP systems like NAV / SAP/ OracleNetsuite etc
