Position: Digital Marketing Manager
Salary Range: USD/ month (based on experience)
Location: Fully remote Only for LATAM
Working Hours: Fulltime EST
Language: Professional proficiency in English level C1 is required.
Type of contract: Independent Contractor Agreement.

Scope of the Role
The ideal candidate is a gogetter with a startup mentality who is very organized analytical and proficient in using AI and new technologies. You will be an expert in SEO content creation and social media management and will play a key role in driving our marketing strategies for growth.
Duties and responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns including SEO SEM
email social media and display advertising.
Maintain a robust social media presence across all digital channels ensuring brand consistency
and engagement.
Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns evaluating them against
KPIs and ROI.
Brainstorm and implement new and creative growth strategies to boost online traffic and sales.
Collaborate with internal teams to create optimized landing pages and enhance user experience.
Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate the endtoend customer experience across multiple
channels and touchpoints.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in digital marketing and apply them to
enhance marketing effectiveness.
Leverage AI tools and techniques to optimize marketing processes and campaigns.
Develop highquality engaging content that drives traffic and converts leads.
Build and manage strategic relationships with key industry players agencies and vendors.
Oversee and manage the marketing budget ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing or a related field.
Proven working experience in digital marketing with handson experience in SEO/SEM
and managing social media campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and datadriven thinking.
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics NetInsight).
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM marketing database email
social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital
campaigns that engage inform and motivate.
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance marketing strategies and processes.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Startup experience is highly preferred.
