As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective brand strategies, driving brand awareness, and ensuring the overall success of our brand in the market. You will work closely with various departments to ensure consistency in brand messaging and positioning. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the FMCG industry and a proven track record in brand management. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute brand strategies to enhance brand equity and increase market share. • Conduct market research and competitor ysis to identify opportunities and trends in the market. • Create and manage marketing campaigns to effectively promote the brand and its products. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels. • Monitor and yze brand performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. • Manage and allocate budget for brand marketing activities. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, agencies, and partners. • Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities. • Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all marketing materials and activities. • Monitor and report on brand health metrics, such as brand awareness and customer perception. Preferred Candidate: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Brand Manager in the FMCG industry. • Strong ytical and strategic thinking ss. • Excellent communication and interpersonal ss. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Strong leadership and team management abilities. • Proficient in market research and data ysis. • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms. • Experience in budget management. • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and consumer preferences.
