Echo Tech

• Shift: Days 8 hours MondayFriday 40hrs/week
  
• Work Location: Onsite; Menlo Park CA
  

• Independently performs full resting echocardiograms and exercise stress echocardiograms (the latter with support of exercise technician or RN).
  
• Perform proper doppler technique and documentation.
  
• Collaborative environment with physicians onsite. Physicians available for escalation of abnormal results in real time.
  
• Formulates preliminary report for final interpretation by physician.
  
• Ensures that ultrasound equipment and accessories are maintained and functioning reports problems to supervisor.
  
• Performs appropriate infection prevention techniques.
  
• Reviews patient medical history in chart information system.
  

Requirements

• Requirement met by License/Certification Requirement.
  
• Graduate from a CAAHEP accredited program
  

• Active ARDMS in adult Echo or CCI License
  
• BLS
  

• 3 Years of experience
  
• Minimum 1 year experience in Echocardiology
  
• Experience with Epic
