Significant and demonstrable experience in software development projects using Agile methodologies.
Strong exposure/ proficiency to requirements gathering in Insurance P&C or reinsurance domain with primarily US Clients with at least 2 years of experience.
Requirements
Exposure to IT industry and understanding of SDLC (Agile/Scrum Waterfall). Should have some experience as a Business Analyst and exposure to BA tools (MSOffice Dev Ops JIRA Prototyping/Flowchart tools etc.) Insurance domain (P&C) experience. (Understanding of US markets and products is an added advantage). Experience of managing international (US/European) clients is an added advantage. Additional Skills: Strong communication (fluency in written and verbal communication in English). Excellent time management and planning skills with the ability to learn and adapt quickly and multitask in a fastpaced environment. Analytical thinking problem solving and result oriented thinking. Capacity to work independently as well as in team.
