Client focus – Deliver on our promise: • Act as the day to day operational manager for any design managers or other design management resource deployed to projects. • You will be responsible for leading the delivery of design management to deliver key strategic outcomes & sub-function KPIs, directly influencing strategic development. • You will be the main point of contact for client design issues, ensuring relationships are managed and maintained. You’ll be responsible for: • Develops detailed plans taking full cognisance of logistics/site/project constraints. • Interfaces with Project Team, contributing to the production of the weekly progress report to the project team and understand functional obligations under form of contract. • Reviews and captures productivity to measure progress. • Communicates effectively with the client , project team and stakeholders. • Incorporates sustainable design and procurement process within integrated programmes. • Ensures health and safety through programme integration. • Establishes and oversees project work plan and deadlines. • Undertakes tasks required to full fill the requirements of the project/assignment. • Responsible for coordinating activities for team. • Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work. You’ll need to have: • Recognised degree in Civil Engineering. • Recognised professional qualification. • Extensive professional experience, including in in large building projects. You’ll need also: • Working towards professional qualification (e.g. CIOB, APM, PMI). • Other relevant qualifications specific to local requirements. • Proficient in P6. • Worked on residential projects of a similar scale.
