Discover and implement cuttingedge candidate sourcing and processes acting as the expert who finds the best talent.

Design and identify multijob posting API integration options creating seamless connections between job boards and our platform.

Execute integration with thirdparty ATS and HCM ensuring smooth and efficient integration with applicant tracking systems and human capital management tools.

Optimizing HR recruiting services streamlining and enhancing our recruiting processes for maximum efficiency.

Leading RPA implementation by automating routine HR tasks using Robotic Process Automation making processes smarter and more efficient.

Requirements:

Background in Tech and/or HR.

Expertise in API Rest XML feeds RPA and digital skills.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Prior HR experience is a valuable plus.

Team player who can collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Resilient to thrive in a fastpaced and everevolving environment.

Proactive in taking initiative.
