Responsibilities:

Training Duties:

• Develop and update training materials and lesson plans.
• Conduct interactive training sessions on fashion design techniques and software.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends.
• Pattern making
• Garment Construction
• Surface Ornamentation
• Textile Design
• Illustration
• Fashion Merchandising
• Fashion CAD

Back Office Duties:

• Manage daily administrative tasks and maintain student records.
• Handle communication with students parents and staff.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to training and admin activities.
• Assist in organizing events and workshops.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Fashion Design or related field.
• 5 years of fashion industry experience with a strong portfolio.
• Teaching or training experience preferred.
• Proficiency in fashion design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Administrative experience is a plus.
