1. Location : Cyber City Gurgaon
2. Work Mode : Candidate need to report office from 3 to 6 weeks for KT Settlement and then can do WFH however preference to have Delhi NCR resource.

Degree (Bachelors Masters) in UX Design from a reputed Design Institution

10 years of experience in CX/UX Design (enterprise).

5 years of experience in people management or leading design teams

3 years of experience working as a creative director at a consultancy design firm design thinking or innovation firm.

Experience working collaboratively with skilled partners designers and executives in development projects (such as B2B solutions).

Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen articulate positions and advocate designs. (and Excellent presentation oral and written communication skills)
