Celebrated for its quality raw materials warmth and dynamic design our client has rapidly become one of the citys best restaurants attracting quality clientele for lunch and busy dinners serving over 200 covers.

About you:

• 35 years of managerial experience in a highend highvolume setting (200 covers).
• Proven expertise in managing large teams (50 staff members both front and back of house).
• Exceptional financial acumen and matre d skills ensuring unparalleled guest experiences.
• Experience working in Amsterdam.
• Dutch speaking is preferred but for the right person not a dealbreaker.
