We are looking for a professional Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our client s company operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Communicating with the upper management to develop strategic operational goals.

Develop strategic longrange plans to achieve objectives.

Create and manage company s fiscal operating and capital budget and expense.

Monitor operational performance of both internal and external service providers.

Provide workplace settings that are conducive to productive work.

Monitor occupant satisfaction.

Monitor performance metrics construction and renovation projects.

Receive and respond to approvals and notifications.

Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate costeffective way.

Improve operational management systems processes and best practices.

Purchase materials plan inventory and oversee efficiently.

Help the organization s processes remain legally compliant.

Formulate strategic and operational objectives.

Examine financial data and use it to improve profitability.

Manage budgets and forecasts.

Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.

Recruit train and supervise staff.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role

Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management

Experience budgeting and forecasting.

Familiarity with business and financial principles

Degree in Business Operations Management or related field
