Procurement Analyst (SAP)
Our client in the mining and metal industry is looking for a dedicated and detailoriented Contract Administrator specializing in Procurement Services to support the EMEA region. The successful candidate will manage essential operational tasks while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
What is in it for you:
Hourly salary of $36 to $43 based on experience.
12month contract.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.
Work schedule from 6 am to 2 pm.
Hybrid work: Inoffice presence 2 to 4 times per month.
Training: Inoffice during regular 9 to 5 hours

Responsibilities:
Perform daytoday operations including contract and sales order entry shipments and invoicing in SAP for aluminum products.
Engage in process improvement initiatives to add value to internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with standard level agreements (SLAs) to meet customer and contract obligations.
Troubleshoot process issues and bottlenecks.
Participate in monthend reconciliation activities.
What you will need to succeed:
Bachelor s degree in Business or a related field or equivalent work experience.
Proficiency in SAP.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in working within a multiproduct environment and standardizing processes.
Adaptability to change and evolving deadlines.
Strong communication skills.
Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
