Tasks

• Support of internal and external audits
• Evaluate Standards (especially ISO 9001 EN 13485) regarding their impact on Caresyntax business
• Evaluating and developing model business using BPMN
• Working on the update of documents and templates
• Create business processes and update product documentation together with other departments
• File new and update existing registrations of Caresyntax products on international markets (Australia USA Asia Middle East Latin America etc)
• Evaluate laws and directives (especially MDD MDR) regarding their impact on our business.

Requirements

• Currently Enrolled Student: Ideally pursuing a degree in Quality Management Business Administration Engineering Life Sciences or a related field.t.
• Documentation: Ability to update documents and templates and to create business processes and product documentation.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to evaluate standards laws and directives and their impact on the business.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail for updating documents templates and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Communication Skills: Good communication skills for collaborating with other departments and preparing documentation. English at least B2 and German is a plus.
• Office Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence is a plus.
• Flexibility: be able to navigate through different tasks.
• Eager to learn new things!
