Job Summary:
As a Call Center Agent you will be the first point of contact for our customers providing them with efficient courteous and professional service. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls addressing customer inquiries resolving issues and providing information about our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update customer information in the company database.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report to relevant departments for continuous improvement.
- Problem Solving: Provide solutions and alternatives to customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve performance targets.
Qualifications:
