Business Analyst
Our client a company in the insurance industry is looking for a talented and driven individual to join their team. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact by providing analytical support and insights to drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence. What is in it for you:
Hourly salary of $45.00 to $55.50 based on experience.
3month contract.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.
Hybrid work: 3 office days from Tuesday to Thursday.

Responsibilities:
Conduct indepth analysis of operational data industry trends and market dynamics to support strategic initiatives within the global operations function.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze data identify trends and provide insights to support decisionmaking processes.
Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to drive actionable insights and recommendations for strategic initiatives.
Develop and maintain detailed reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide visibility into operational performance.
Support the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives by providing analytical support and insights.
Work closely with senior leadership to understand business objectives and provide datadriven recommendations to drive operational excellence.
What you will need to succeed:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Economics or a related field; a Masters degree is preferred.
Proven experience in business analysis strategic planning and operational performance analysis.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large volumes of data and drive meaningful analysis.
Proficiency in data visualization tools and advanced analytics platforms.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex data insights to diverse audiences.
Experience working in a global operations environment or supporting crossfunctional strategic initiatives is preferred.
