Were looking for a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. In this role you will develop implement and supervise individualized treatment plans for clients with developmental disabilities including autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The ideal candidate will have a solid background in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and a passion for enhancing the lives of individuals and their families.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients strengths needs and goals.
- Conducting regular parent training and support sessions to facilitate skill generalization.
- Maintaining accurate and uptodate client records including progress notes and reports.
- Collaborating with families caregivers and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Developing and implementing individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment results.
- Providing direct ABA therapy to clients as well as supervising and training behavior technicians.
- Ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and professional standards in all aspects of service delivery.
- Monitoring and evaluating client progress making datadriven adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
Requirements
- Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles techniques and best practices.
- Proficiency in data collection analysis and treatment plan modification.
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
