Designation : Labour Welfare Officer
Qualification : MSW
Experience: 5 years in Textiles
Salary: 25000/ to 30000/
Language : Hindi English Tamil
Timing : 9.00 am 5.30 pm
Location: Sipcot Erode.
Job Description :
- Should know all statutory details and deductions.
- Conduct one to one discussion and communications/Hostel inmates interaction/conduct welfare and recreational activities
- Good communication skills in local Language/Hindi and English/Motivate employees to be loyal to the organization
- Resolving personal issues/counsel the employee on emotional issues and ensure their wellbeing at high leve counselling on absenteeism/resignations/attritions/Involve and participate in recruitment of employees
- Redressal of any type of problems and grievances/coordinate with various levels of staff and HR/management.
