The Rig 1938 is the worlds highest tower of its kind, reaching 82 metres.Job DescriptionPainterThis position is responsible for all painting and decoration works including varnishing on the propertyAble to clean and touch up painted surfaces as well as carry out minor wallpaper repairsAble to patch and paint interior and exterior surfaces, caulk and groutAble to repair and refinish woodworkPlan and schedule preventive maintenance of painting and decoration works in the waterparkMaintain brushes and rollers in good conditionAble to perform emergency repairs promptly and efficientlyAble to provide technical direction and on-the-job trainingMaintain daily logs and records of all maintenance work performed while on duty, paper and electronicKeep a correct inventory and write purchase order requests for items neededParticipate in the on-call program and respond both by phone and in person as appropriateReport all potential hazards, safety concerns, and accidents immediately Ensure effective communication and good relations between the engineering department and other departments in the water parkQualificationsSecondary / High school educationQualification in Trades Technician level, variety of engineering/maintenanceBasic computer skills - ability to use BMSGood proficiency in English language
