McKie Recruit is looking for a Housing Disrepair Solicitor, legal aid experience is beneficial. 1-3 years PQE
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor, with at 1- 3 years PQE
- To prepare files for hearings and trials
- To instruct advocates/counsel to attend hearings. Skills Required:
- A qualified Solicitor or Barrister with a working knowledge of the Criminal Procedure Rules or a qualified solicitor with experience of running a volume caseload with the desire to re-train in a new field.
- An excellent communicator.
- Confident and dynamic, with a desire to succeed.
- IT literate.
- Case Management Systems (Proclaim is used)
- some Legal Aid Background is beneficial
